Maybe surprisingly an 8. I got laid off a couple of days ago. This is the first time in my adult life I've been unemployed. 25 years at the organization I just left. For the last couple of years, the place hadn't really valued me.

I have a good severance package, so that is a big help. I was intending to enjoy a bit of time off unless something dropped into my lap. Well, a very attractive position has come up and I think I am well suited for it. It's looking like something is dropping in my lap. 😊

I'm hopeful for those position.

I feel like an 8 energy wise. Mentally I would give myself a 3 - I am very paranoid from a houseguest showing up after I had to call 911 because they had an extreme mental episode earlier this week that made me feel unsafe.

4, but improving. Since Friday that I have been extraordinarily exhausted and finally started to snap back up a few hours ago

About a 7. Overall, I'm quite happy right now. Paid off this month's bills and, for once, I had enough money to buy a new game and a new art book which I'm very happy for. But, work and my freelancing projects have me exhausted. I haven't done anything significant other than work for a little over two weeks now straight now and I really need a break or help.

5. Today is a lazy day. Probably not gonna get much done. Like every Sunday.

About a 5. Thankful for what I have, only got the bare minimum done this weekend, appalled by the state of the world.

I'm at a solid 5. Yesterday was a good day, I got to sleep in this morning, and its gonna be a chill day after a busy one. I'm doin' all right right now.

5, as a dad to young kids, I can say that 5 is the goal to survive each day untill they grow older.
