It's an isometric citybuilder game in the style of Caesar and other Impressions Games titles, but with an Aztec theme, and is very well researched (I helped out a bit!)

Nice! There's something about late 90s isometric graphics and warm desaturated color palettes that comforts me like a blanket for my brain, and slow historical games do as well. this is exactly what I need

there was an Aztec themed game called Theocracy that was pretty neat, it had a total war style world map and age of empires style battle map, except buildings took in-game months to build. it's abandonware but it really doesn't run well on modern systems
