I know a previous employer is doing something similar. I'm not from US but they are. Anybody knows where can I fill a complaint?

I’m a US employee but I had a thought. Your employer had to register their entity with your government so it could properly pay taxes and be in compliance with the law. I would assume that you should be able to contact your government to complain. Perhaps this EU page on “How to make a complaint” will be helpful? Or something like that page but from your government? Good luck!

I doubt my goverment cares much about that, that's why I was thinking an US goverment approach, but I'll give it a shot. Thanks!

I can see where you were coming from but I hate to tell you: if the US government doesn’t give a fuck about its own citizens, they absolutely do not give a fuck about you. You are better off pursuing something through yours in my opinion. But what do I know? Probably as much as Jon Snow.

Not if you record your employees without their consent and even then you should ask yourself if the recordings are really necessary which I would say in almost every case they aren't.
