I really like the second one from the right on top. I see how someone may have a misogynistic read on it with a man teaching a woman a physical skill. In the context of the USSR, I like to view it more as two people (possibly in love) sharing a passion for building something. Physically and metaphorically. Similar to the one in the upper right corner. I just think that's kind of beautiful.
That poster (as well as the poster in the upper-right) are made by an artist named Valeriy Barykin (Валерий Барыкин) who makes American-style pin-up art with the framing of Soviet propaganda posters:
There's a lot more breast emphasis on this page than I anticipated lol. Changes the context for sure, but the vibe of some still fits, I think.
I guessed more of these would probably not be real Soviet designs either

In the second one on the right, both the man and the woman are clearly workers working on something together which is definitely something you would not have seen in American propaganda from the same period
