The Hague Invasion act exists to shield the officiants of the rules-based international order from international law.

"You risk facing (...) liabilities". There is zero risk. They're comprehensively shielded from liabilities. It's so obvious that the default response by the regime and other journalists is to roll their eyes when asked what should reasonably be a very serious topic.

The Hague Invasion Act go brrrr

No Western country is going to even consider bringing their empire leader to court. And I sure hope the Global South isn't in any way hoping the western world will hold each other accountable.

Yes, but we all know that US presidents are above all laws. The system needs to be dismantled first.

Yeah them being above the law is the reason this genocide is happening in the first place. I wonder what it'll take for the rest of the world to hold the US to account for its crimes, or to even acknowledge that they're happening.

Complete collapse of the US and nuclear deterrent in South America.

And even then it will be sanctions that will just hurt the working class while the wealthy live it up in their ivory towers behind their walls of police and 3%ers.

Above all laws until the other side wants to prosecute them for something less severe than they deserve (Trump).

Pretty surreal watching Indian Jonah Hill on a podium dodging questions about war crimes on behalf of the Pentagon
