Someone out there has a business of delivering frozen pizza with fresh veg on it.
Likely pre-made pizza dough. Pizzahut for example actually makes little frozen bread discs that are then shipped out to all of their establishments - this is to make sure that all of their restaurants are able to deliver to same fresh, consistent, terrible taste that you know and love, so you can get the same Pizza Hut pizza no matter where you go.
I've seen Pizza Hut pizzas and this looks a step below. More like Red Baron or equivalent grocery store freezer section pizza.
I know a lotta people don't live in the NYC Pizza Sphere of Influence (NPSOI), so I try not to be too harsh on their choices.
So I bet this slapped at 5 A.M. after a night of partying and inebriation.
