I wonder if the USW leadership actually cares whether the corporate charter is filed in Delaware or Tokyo, and if they consulted the rank & file about this. It just seems like some American jingoism to me.

SS and NSC did not reach out to the union, violating a partnership agreement, so NSC will probably fail to adhere to preexisting union contracts.

i expect union leadership boomers to be racist and jingoist but in a better system ~~the workers would have right of first refusal~~ this lack of including the union in the sale negotiations should prevent it from going through.
