Very ambitious.
I've never looked at a pelican the same way since I saw one swallow a seagull in one gulp.

I had a great blue heron fly inches from my head once, HOLY SHIT, too big to be flying!
Pelicans are absolute assholes and will attempt anything that remotely fits in their gigantic beaks, even if there's no way to swallow it. This includes fish, seagulls, and small dogs. And apparently capybaras.
Those birds are trying to see if the capybaras will fit in their mouth.
Right? This isn’t “aww.” This is “stand still I’m trying to end your life via ingestion.”
