Most of them haven't got a clue. They will be trying to create palworld clones with micro transactions or some other bullshit because its the "hot" thing right now. All in an attempt to appease shareholders at the expense of the consumer.

It's sad that studios are so beholden to shareholders and investors that have no idea what makes a video game fun. All they can do is tell these money men their game has all the trendiest factors and, therefore, will sell a lot.
