I think the egg is supposed to be boiled, but the rest looks great

There are variations with a hard-boiled egg, variations with a fried egg on top, as well as variations with a raw egg cracked over it while it's still piping hot. This bowl looks beautiful.
One of my favourite breakfast is noodles with a fried egg with runny yolk. Bit of sesame oil and soy sauce. I get ya
