Not sure about the phrasing, but he did hit him with the car, and so did cause the robbers death. Question is more one of intent.
Yikes, kena rob and still get charged. Hope he get out without issue.
WTF. They smashed his window, and as he was trying to escape he hit one of them by accident. For that, he's now facing murder charges?
