There's a scene in Super Size Me where he goes to his doctor and finds out he has liver damage, and the documentary presents this as if the McDonald's did that to him when he was actually just a massive alcoholic
to be honest if you told me I had to eat Wcbonalbs for a significant period of time, I'd probably also develop coincidental liver damage from the depression the food would give me.

This is a bit tangential, but actually the original actor (or one of the earliest major ones) who played Ronald McDonald is now a vegan and hates what he did for the McDonalds corporation. Even refers to it as fascist food.
