A “terrifying” new horror movie has released in the US to nearly unanimous praise from critics.

Oddity, an independent film focusing on a blind medium who is grieving the death of their twin sister, was released in the US on Friday (19 June).

The Irish film, which viewers have enthusiastically recommended on social media, currently has a rating of 98 per cent positive on the review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes.

Am I missing something? I only see two other comments and while one is definitely negative the other is passively negative. Your negative comment about negative comments is the second most negative comment so far! 😜

I entered the thread and saw people just being immediately pessimistic. I don't terribly care for that.

Who cares about what film critics say...? Would not be the first movie that gets a high rotten tomato score just to then be utter shit.

However, I cannot for the life of me watch British television shows except for Mr. Bean.
