Nexon establishes Dave the Diver developer Mintrocket as a new wholly owned subsidiary corporation. Nexon says this will expand Mintrocket's "brand and reputation for rapid development of games" (www.gamesindustry.biz)

Dave the Diver doesn't strike me as a game that was rapidly made and I also don't trust Nexon.
