The knight makes me think of Ogre Battle 64 art - probably the high detail paired with anime eyes
It's Varangian guardsman, you can easily tell by having viking armor and weapons, but with almond shape shield and his gear cost fortune so without Byzantine money almost no Norseman would be able to afford that.
Spectacular works. Not gonna get a Bluesky, but that was a lovely visit.
