The way those pierogi's are cooked is the best way. Drizzled with olive oil and baked until one side gets that nice golden brown.
So much better than boiled.
I fry โem in a pan with some butter and they end up looking the same. Always delicious.
I feel the same about any dumpling. It's so much better with some crunchiness than just being a somewhat slimy, soft, chewy thing even if the flavor still slaps either way.
