Edit: Opened the wiki and followed the steps so far to unlock more documents. Still can't find where I'm mean to put these codes.
OP forgot a few important steps.
You gotta be logged in the warframe site for this to work. You have to go to ingame hollvania mall and hang up the phone behind Arthur. Then the END button wont be disabled anymore, and you can click it and then you have the fields to input the codes.
Thanks. ARGs really aren't my kind of puzzle. This has just been annoying trying to get the extrinsic reward from it.

I think that phone and mobile in general doesn't work (it say that the window is too small to work). On my Desktop everything was fine (click start and on the top right appears a prompt where you can enter the sequence)
Was doing it all on PC. Kaldo was correct, this post was missing steps for someone who's been ignoring the ARG. Took care of it and now have the poster.
