Thank you! It was entirely worth demolishing my kitchen, now to use the foccia to bribe someone into doing my dishes...
Now I feel like I need to look up how to make focaccia, is it not just mixing ingredients in a bowl, a bit of kneading, and then baking it? How do you demolish your kitchen making bread!
After years and years of careful study, I've determined that the root cause behind my kitchen wrecking ability is that I'm an idiot.

I loveeeee making foccia! I made a sausage stuffed foccia bread and topped it with some rosemary and caramelized onions just this last weekend since the sausage was on sale lol
