The only way it makes economic sense for a buyer is if the Guillemot’s are kicked to the curb and never allowed anywhere near the entertainment industry ever again.

I've seen a few trailers for their games in some Nintendo directs, are they any good? Or have they followed a similar path as Ubisoft?
They mostly make much smaller games. Almost mobile app type things.
They should take the pay day and start another studio, if they're so sure this is the right industry for them
