I am surprised that Symphony of the Night isn't on there.
It's in my top three PS1 games personally, so I agree, but this list is full of interesting biases.

Thought DQ8 woulda placed where DQ7 was considering it was the breakout hit stateside, which in turn would suggest it did absolute numbers in the JP market, which has famously been hot for DQ games.
FF7 earned that top spot though.
