So, I play subnautica and frequently switch between the current version and the public legacy version, one to play with friends using a mod that only works for legacy and the other for my own world which I play on the current version. This requires going to the betas tab and downloading the new version each time, which is fine, but Itd be much more convienient to switch between them instantly. Is there any way to do this?

If it’s DRM free, just copy the legacy version to another folder and launch it from the executable. You can even add the executable to Steam as a non-Steam game and name it whatever you want.
