What I like to cook recently (I know it sounds disgusting): Tomato-sauce mixed with raw eggs and little cheese bits. Add spaghetti 🍝👌

Saag with roasted romanesco and rice. But if you’re using this recipe, note that the author was an idiot who hates coriander. The mustard craves additional coriander, and can be blanched normally. Additionally, the spices can burn, so add them later rather than earlier if you don’t have a large pot for 16 cubic meters of unwilted leaf

I dont have a pot for 16 cubic meters of unwilted leaf lmao

Then definitely blanch beforehand! Flavor’s different, but less markedly if you let the greens dry in a colander or hit them with a salad spinner

sounds vegan to me … nice! I need more vegies in my diet besides tomato 🥬

Butter with slice of bread, slice of cheese, slice of charcuterie, second slice of bread, and butter.

In our household, we sometimes have a dish that roughly to "dumbass pasta" (pasta la dusta). It's quick and easy for those days when there's not a whole lot of time for proper cooking:

  • fried ground beef
  • store bought ready-made tomato sauce
  • grated parmesan
  • pesto
  • whatever pasta is at hand

Eggs (sorry USA)

Currently? Mac and cheese.

Meat cooked in tomato sauce for tomorrow. Take the big chunks out and use some of the sauce to make pasta. the longer you let that shit simmer the better it tastes.

Yesterday was lamb curry which was nice. Spicy at the backend but not so spicy my teeth hurt more than they always do. Tonight is... the leftovers of that, maybe!

I recently tried Chicken Fricassee and have become addicted: https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/8506346/chef-johns-chicken-fricassee/

Latest was some lasagna. Subbed in impossible sausage/TJ vegan hamburger to make it vegetarian. Pretty good.
