Forget food purists, this looks delicious.
that’s some interesting looking pho; giant piece of steak rather than thinly sliced beef, can’t say I’ve ever seen mushrooms or cilantro, and a whole star anise pod, wow
The bowl is not that big... Hey, first time making it, I took some liberties.
I feel like it normally has cilantro, though it may just wilt and disappear immediately
