Nothing at all. DEI is just being used like a catch-all media buzzword to justify racism. To Trump, DEI means "Anything at all that I don't like about anyone who isn't a cis white male".
All life has to do with DEI. The real heart of DEI was inclusion. The whole USA was living one of the most inclusive lifestyles in the world.
It is exactly what Trump said he would do, America First.
I really wasn't expecting, that he has a very narrow and twisted view of who he sees as American.
Musk, the most dangerous immigrant of all time, gets the keys to the country.
At the same time immigrants, that earned their American citizenship by hard work, part of a community, are being treated like pigs and deported.
With DEI officially disappearing, we will see all the good things we build in the last decades also disappear.
