I cancelled my Uber last night because it was a Tesla
I won't even get in one. Buy one???? You're shitting me right?

Ewww.
Also, have you ever tried to get into the back seat of a Tesla? It's like they didn't even think about adults getting into the back seat of that thing.
I did once a few years ago and one example of wtf were they thinking...
They bothered to have heated seats in the back, but no way for a rear occupant to actually control it. You had to ask someone in the front to adjust it for you using that stupid touch screen
Yeah, sorry, that's a Nazi mobile
Idgaf when you bought it. I'm not getting in. You can think that's gross, that's cool. I think you're gross. looks like we'll have to move on. Womp womp. The end.
Shit. I wouldn’t buy one before Leon let the nazi out because they don’t support CarPlay, imagine now.
Don't know if Leon was an autocorrect or not but it doesn't matter because I'm calling him that from now on 😎
He hates having his name mispronounced, so we say anything but: Leon, Lonnie, Ellie (he really hates that one)...etc.
Pronouncing Elon like Ellen.
Ellon DeGenerate
Nope, so happy I bought a bolt last year.
No
NO
lol nope.
I am happy with my 2021 Seat Leon FR PHEV hatchback.
I’ve always been a bit disturbed at the sheer volume of telemetry they collect.
I was happy that Tesla existed, as it helped give the auto industry the kick in the pants it needed, but I can never see myself actually buying one. My next car won’t be domestic.
Still? I never even considered it. Expensive, poor quality.
I hated Tesla in 2018, and I still hate them to this day.
Short answer: no. Long answer: Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck no.
I wonder if we can build a secondary market for lightly used tesla components and electrify a bunch of classic vehicles instead.
I'd love to electrify my old element.
I Would fucking love an affordable EV kit for Jeep wrangler TJs. While we’re dreaming, Honda Goldwings/Valkyries also, though that couldn’t start from a Tesla. I really want an electric motorcycle with a more classic road bike look instead of a sport bike.
EV kit for Jeep wrangler TJs
yeah I think there's a lot of utility still out there in these frames, would be a shame to shit can them all.
lol no. There’s more cons than pros to other brands. A tonka truck from toys r us is better built.
Daaaammmnnnn. A closed, and bankrupt toy company makes better cars.
Not a big question, and no I would not
No. I'm embarrassed to be driving one now .
The Big Answer: Not on Your Nelly!!
Pfft...
As if... 🙄 🤡 🖕 🖕
If now you buy a new Tesla, whatever happens, it's on you yourself.
Even if you're one of the troglodytes who is fine with Musks fascist politics, the risk of getting your car vandalized would be problematic. I dont know now why anyone would buy a tesla anymore. Other cars have full self driving too, while tesla does not, although they've been promising to have it soon for 8 years now. They are not the technology leader in that area. Waymo, Cruise, and Mobileye are all far ahead of Tesla.
Fuck no.
No
I'd buy one for cheap used so that Elon doesn't get any money from me.
However, if I'm going to upgrade my hybrid to an electric, it's probably going to be an Ioniq 5.
No, not even if Elon divested.
Teslas are bad cars. They are unsafe cars. They are very expensive for what they do.
They are electric, but there are better, cheaper electric cars.
They are also highly connected cars, which unfortunately is the same as all current cars.
My ideal next car would be a 2015 Accord, with no GSM/LTE connectivity.
Exactly, even minus the Nazi thing they are terrible products. And they’ve been terrible for a while. The only good things were the first mover advantage, battery tech and supercharger network.
Meanwhile the competitors like BYD have caught up.
I don't get how they allowed the handles to not actually open the doors.
I honestly don't understand why people are protesting this way. Most Tesla owners bought their car before they knew Elon was that kind of crazy, myself included. The value of my Tesla has dropped below what I owe, and selling it would hurt me financially, but then at the same time it would provide a really great deal for a conservative that really supports Trump/Musk.
The most effective protest would be to not buy a new one and not sell your current one. Lack of used Tesla's available would mean used price goes up, but then lack of new sales would mean new price would need to go down. There will always be people buying a new Tesla, but low sales would hurt the stock price and lower cost would hurt the profit margin.
I did test drive the new model Y. I like it, but I wouldn't get FSD because it's dangerous. I like that it's one of the most American made vehicles. I'm not going to buy it because of Elon.
You can't put people in jail for not selling or buying a Tesla. Why not just protest that way?
I honestly don’t understand why people are protesting this way.
I can help connect the dots. I imagine its because if car buyers are scared their new tesla will go up in flames, they wont buy a tesla, tesla will go under, and elon wont be as rich.
In terms of villainy this is nothing compared to the stuff Musk and Trump are doing, so if I was in a jury judging one of the vandals of tesla I would probably let them go (unless they hurt someone in the act).
At the end of the day its just a car. A piece of property. Consumer junk. This is vandalism, like spray painting a wall. Its not like the vandals are cutting social securty and starving people or sending ammunition to Israel to kill civilians.
