Looks great, but I’ll never understand pre-slicing a steak you cook yourself.
It’s good for presentation in a restaurant, but it gets so cold so quick once you slice it unless you have plates stored in a warmer like a restaurant.

Main reason is I'm lazy and like to be able to just shovel food in my mouth when I eat
That looks delicious.
How’d you cook the steak?
Pretty simple:
Perforate with a fork and seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder and let sit
Melt a little butter at high heat, then sear both edges before cooking 3 min a side
Let rest for 2 minutes
Basic but I like it!
