I never said it would, but things like yesterday are part of what causes revolutions to happen, people need to be radicalized, they need to be exposed to new viewpoints and ideas, and that's what happens when you have half of reddit circle jerking over the evils of the health insurance system while lauding the assassin as a hero. I know that but it's just the numbers, they don't usually eat steak fries as much as they do curly/crinkle cut fries. Usually I'll do like, 3, 3 1/3rd of a case of those to feed like 280-300 people. That's like 100Ib of fries. Usually with steak fries it's more like 60-80Ib. But tonight they ended up eating maybe 100Ib total and I don't think even 250 came through

I think part of the problem is I fry my fries longer than the other cooks do so mine look and taste better which i think is especially vital for steak fries cause unless they're well fried they get mushy
