The implication is highlighting to be that he could be repressed bi or gay from his grandmothers rhetorical question.
That’s the joke to the meme. Don’t think it requires much discussion. I would hope people would look at this and know it’s satirical/obviously abusive.

It’s unfortunate but in a lot of cases it’s the only thing that will work. Peaceful protest can help when protesting against a group that could be viewed as rational, if not, most people won’t just lie down if the conditions they are protesting don’t improve, and more drastic action becomes one of the few options left.

I’m assuming the human trafficking ‘influencer’ Andrew Tate. Flaunted as a male life advice guru, showed money around, bragged about having expensive cars. But is now awaiting a human trafficking charge, because surprise, he’s a horrible human, and that’s what is a ‘role model’ to some people.
Having other areas of your field with better pay/conditions/benefits can put more pressure on even non union places. Since there will be better contions elsewhere, there will be an expectation of a level of compensation/more people looking at those union places, requiring even the non union locations to at least increase something to compete for talent.
What was the woman’s response to that comment from the doctor? Because that is a one impactful statement! How did it feel to basically be a example for hope to that woman that day?
