Left leaning here, dunno about you, but run channels with other left leaning progressives. I'm on a border between two states, I make it a point that my state when state/local stuff comes up, I get the news out, I get the word out, I try to drum up voting. Anyone in the other state, a massive collective 'meh'. Same comes with the local votes.

The reason the right wing has so much power is they've made it a point since the Reagan era that anyone without an (R) after their name WILL NOT run uncontested even it if it's a superintendent to a school.

Yes, the Democrats are run by centrists because that's who shows up to all the elections no matter how small or petty, but the lefts show up at Presidential elections and whinge about how nothing changes.

I hope I'm preaching to the choir when it comes to voting on the small elections, but unless you're in a very different place than I am, if you did you'd pretty quickly notice you're the rare leftist there.

I have the aftershockz Air. Aftershockz as a company apparently changed and went to Shockz when I got my second set so there I got the openrun. I still find my using the Air for my work time which is my more used one, but I think I got used to the fit of it (ran with those for like 3 years) but the openrun works pretty well IMO.

I agree Biden is 100% fucking this up. I agree that I'm worried that the Democrats will somehow snatch defeat from the jaws of victory by losing to an opponent beaten once before because of how truly awful Trump is.

While... I agree with you on companies like Intuit pulling this is bullshit, depending on the region you're in the trash example used is... not great.

Speaking in the Kansas City region where City of Kansas City trash pickup is literally two bags allowed, no cans used, often late, the bags tear easily, and with this whole freeze thing they're still behind two weeks out. I live outside in one of those 5 (I'm not kidding, one literally started up last year) overlapping truck routes and it is insanely better. That said, previous town I lived in the town did the trash pickup and they did a good job, got the cans that could be auto lifted and even regularly had large item pickup days for free so even better than where I'm at now.

It's funny. The Bible has a few things to say about these people. Shockingly not some of those things often taught, along with this gem.

Response is headphone jack is beyond just the use of the bluetooth buds. My work truck doesn't have a bluetooth adapter, a $2 cord takes care of the problem. My parents Subaru when I'm driving them around when they visit does have Bluetooth, but gets angry if you try to connect another phone, guess what? Same $2 cord in my truck allows me to connect in. When I'm working a 12 hour day, headset batteries don't last that long, nor does my phone really. But I can hook up my phone to a battery pack, then have it plug into a speaker by aux, by god it just works.

Bluetooth is fantastic if you go to the same place every day, and every piece of equipment is yours and connected in and auto connects. But those of us that travel it's nice to have a plugin that just works without playing the "Why is it not recognizing?" game.
