Because abusing your fellow Americans sounds like fun?

Rebranding him as a religious prophet was the plan during the Biden administration. Traitor General Michael Flynn was operating a traveling roadshow of evangelical preachers and conservative celebrities for which the overriding theme was HitlerPig's mission from God.

He was never very fond of his daughter-in-law Lara, until she started speaking on the tour, saying that she speaks directly with God regularly, and he had told her directly that HitlerPig was His chosen emissary to represent Him and lead America into its new White Christian future. HitlerPig was so pleased with this that he made her chairman of the RNC.

They were really cranking up the religious rhetoric at the time, and I fully expected that they'd start attributing miracles to him, when he hooked up with The Goblin, and they rigged the election. Now that he's president again, nobody is bringing up the religious stuff anymore. If he gets kicked out again, he'll pivot back to being a Prophet again.

Every other country in the world is trying to make their population smarter and more connected, and we're trying our hardest to make our people stupider with less access to information.

Why have we allowed the most corrupt, despicable people to make decisions for us?

First of all, VP isn't president. Also, Lieberman had been a Democrat for most of his career, except the very end when he turned Independent, so maybe there was some dumb Democratic idea that this would bring him back to the fold.

In any case, it didn't work, and they lost the race, in part because many Democratic voters weren't thrilled with Lieberman, whom many saw as a turncoat for leaving the Dems and going independent. So choosing an independent certainly didn't inspire the Dems to ignore their rules in the future.

The MAGA Nazis are avoiding meeting their constituents at all costs. It's just a vacation for them.

The result of this move is invariably an American dark age.

And once again, Russia benefits. MAGA is deliberately destroying America, and it is all by design. We will never be free if this nightmare until Americans realize that the people running this administration aren't just evil, they aren't just stupid or incompetent, they aren't just corrupt. They are TRAITORS, and are destroying America DELIBERATELY. Until this is fully acknowledged, and all those people rounded up and punished, America can never go back to anything resembling a normal society

I've been self-employed for about 30 years, which puts you rubbing elbows with other self-employed business people.

I have learned that while MOST people want to run a friendly, moral, legal business, and would never cross the line, there are a plenty of amoral businesspeople who don't have any problems crossing the line.

Furthermore, they are well-aware that many businesspeople won't cross the line, so that makes their willingness to act illegally or immorally their personal competitive edge, and they absolutely look at it that way.

They watch for decent, moral businesses, and they target them in various ways, either as a competitor, a supplier, a contractor, etc.

Some did, but they won by cheating, and we ALL know it.

Exactly what I thought. Nobody has made it more possible than the people in this room.

We're talking about going to California, or perhaps another country, if anyone would take us.

If elections end, and HitlerPig becomes dictator for life, then the entire west coast will probably break off, and sign an alliance with Canada and Mexico, surrounding 2/3 of America with hostile territory.

At this point, it's not about paying LESS taxes, they can't pay less than zero. Now it's about getting tax rebates/ refunds from the government.

Of course, that's how politics works. All this bluster about opposing the bill was always theater as usual. There's always a bunch of holdouts, and they allow just enough to fight back in an empty gesture for their constituents, so that it still passes by one vote.

I knew that all that opposition in the House would melt away as each was given their favorite pork amendment in the bill.

Just like those dog & pony shows called Congressional Hearings, where they bring in a bunch of CEOs from whatever industry they are targeting that day, grill them for a day or two, then do absolutely NOTHING about it. EVER.

I've been watching it happen over and over for decades. I'm so bored with it.
