Hey, I actually worked on the marketing campaign for the game. We were the ones who shipped out review copies, handed out press kits and whatnot.

I still have an Eddie Riggs statue proudly sitting in my closet.

And to answer the obvious question, we kind of knew about the RTS elements in the game, but not the full extent of them. So when the reviews came in blasting the game for being a bait and switch, that was fully justified.
