To be fair, most Americans agree with the capitalist first approach right up until it affects them individually. If they were willing to help each other instead of believing that anyone other than themself is a freeloader and lazy, they would have the support that other countries take for granted.
Probably does since the sunscreen makers have been lying for years about how much protection their product actually offers. People slathered with 30 or 50 when it was really only 5 or 10.
I am always fascinated how the man who is strong enough in his convictions to do whatever the hell he wants is considered the "weak" one whereas the "macho" shit is afraid of his own shadow and that some other man may not like what he's doing.
My recent experience buying such is that it is very very hard to find basic but quality models. If you've had a water dispenser or ice maker once, you realize how awful they are. They take up massive amounts of fridge and freezer space and need expensive filters every 3 months and break as soon as the short warranty is over. But if you want double door and bottom freezer you pretty much have to buy the crap extras as well.
When the money and energy sucking slop that currently is being billed as "AI" is what tech bros are using to rob us now. It is garbage. It will remain garbage. It will suck as much money as possible into the tech bros companies and waste energy to the Nth degree while doing it. It is a the biggest con / scam of this century.
For 2 weeks and then they are too long but it isn't time to get the rest of your hair trimmed. So for the next 4-10 weeks they are just a mess. I love short hair but then I need it cut every 4 to 6 weeks so I usually end up growing it out so it only needs to be cut every 6 months. Sometimes I really understand Dolly and her wigs and wish I could wear one without sweating like crazy. Don't even get me started on the wavy/curly that becomes a frizz bomb as soon as there is a hint of rain but cannot use any product on it without looking like Snape's sister.
Whew. As a GenX, I didn't have any of those either. In fact I'm quite sure my Silent Gen parents didn't either. I don't know anyone who managed to pay off their mortgage before age 40 or 45 and the passive income only came as retirement funds after age 65.
Biden was putting in programs to help them but they instead chose to vote for Trump who is bankrupting them so that his rich friends can buy up their properties for pennies on the dollar, if that.
Time to boycott El Salvador. Knit clothing seems to be their biggest export item.
Keep track of all the Bros and Cos that have supported Trump and boycott them until Trump is completely gone. Only consider supporting them again if... well never.
Watch those carefully. Several items with the maple leaf beside the price were in fact US products.
Do they all leap over the plastics?
