Remember that Americans are car-brained as hell. Gas prices rising due to scarcity will lead to massive price increases in peoples cost of living, which might genuinely lead to popular revolt. Like, Americans are already getting squeezed from all sides, so any increase in un-avoidable expenses is going to have repercussions.

A big problem that he is going to cause is that all the fucking CIA-aligned freaks in Europe are STILL going to be in power while the various intelligence agencies rebuild, unless Trump manages to mortally wound them, which I somehow doubt.

In these types of stand-offs, the Americans usually win, as they are at any point prepared to inflict massive damage upon their own population solely to hurt their adversary. Sure, the tariffs are going to hurt China's export-oriented economy, but it's also going to cause massive price inflation among Americans, which is going to push even more of them into desperate poverty. However the people in Washington who make these decisions don't have to care about an extra 10 million people being made homeless over 5 years, or 50 million going bankrupt because of the added pressure on their finances (mind the recent articles from various banks about American credit card defaults being at the highest level since 2009-2010).

I remember feeling kind of bad hearing that a guy died from Trumps first assasination attempt and then someone found the guys twitter and obviously the guy was a massive nazi, so my sympathy just vanished immediately. Not sure why i expected the guy to be normal, but somehow I did.

Yanks are sort of like ticks. Once they latch on they're REALLY fucking hard to get rid of, particularly when your country is used as the base for a bunch of drones that fire missiles that specifically target pre-schools.

For context, aren't there parts of Oklahoma that had to institute a 4-day school week because they literally couldn't afford to pay their teachers for 5 days of work per week? Which is only making their teacher drain worse, since a lot of teachers in Oklahoma move to Texas since the pay is much higher and Costs of Living are similar.

The people on the ground are typically quite good at diagnosing symptoms. The actual cause of the symptoms is usually obfuscated enough that it takes a while to find, if it is ever found, which also means that getting people to agree to a solution is the hardest part.
