We need a theory of gun morality to explain the new data. The only way to stop a bad guy without a gun is a good guy with a gun, but only with a coherent ideology. Good guy with a gun + wacko terminally online ideology is not useful.

I remember feeling kind of bad hearing that a guy died from Trumps first assasination attempt and then someone found the guys twitter and obviously the guy was a massive nazi, so my sympathy just vanished immediately. Not sure why i expected the guy to be normal, but somehow I did.
He's possibly not even being charged with attempted assassination because the only shots that were fired were from the secret service agents. Goes to show you miss 100% of the shots you don't take.
