Pretty insane how thats identical language future presidents would use for communists and muslims
Funny enough I've listened to Jawbox but not Jawbreaker lol
Fall of Troy rocks, I saw them last year and they're still great
Thanks I really liked Knapsack - Cellophane
For the older folks in this site, what were some emo bands from the third wave that were closer to the first 2 waves? Like glassjaw, thursday, first saosin ep, q and not u, the first chiodos ep. Are what comes to mind for me.
Find someone who loves you as much as bassists love strumming root notes. (A simple person)
Why the hell would anyone spend more than a 100-200 dollars on a phone these days.
In 2018 I bought an Iphone 5c for a hundo and then I bought an Iphone 6 for a hundo in 2020. Then I bought an Iphone X in 2022 for 200 and it got smashed a month after which traumatized me into never spending 200 again. I bought an Iphone SE 2020 for a hundo 3 times since then because Im a clutz. Now I just bought a Galaxy A42 for a 120 and Im enjoying having a phone with good battery life
Kind of enjoy my job sometimes. On the mornings I work it just feels like I leave home to go down the street to another one. Its a shitty dive bar kitchen and yesterday I was blasting Italian mob movie music on my boom box while whipping shit up by myself. I love a job so much more when I'm the only one on aux, I can't stand working and having to hear like really bad autotune rap r&b or white people approved hip-hop or pop country or pop emo or radio rock or corporate playlists. At night time I'm playing mostly reggae, cumbia, samba, bossa nova, flamenco, salsa, merengue, and edm to fill the silence and everybody is fine with it.
Ha I told some 17 year old about a rapper I liked from 2018 (Denzel Curry ) when he asked me if I liked hip hop and was like “oh yeah thats some old shit”, made me want go Homer Simpson strangling Bart. Tf.
Why do western imperialists always try to argue from a humanitarian point of view when it’s obvious from how they go about arguing that they dont have much empathy for the civilian casualties on the other side? Like alot of my anger is about people in general being killed, but what makes me unhinged is that redditors wont just be honest about their bloodthirst. It feels like one big gaslit charade, where they argue humanitarianism while laughing at people for caring for others.
In 2013 John Fetterman pulled a shotgun on an unarmed black jogger
They played with Number 12 Looks Like You. Which I really enjoy their albums but I dont think Fall of Troy fans know about them so it was kind of awkward performance since they're supposed to be pretty fucking heavy but there was no moshing lol.
