"Those who made peaceful reform impossible have made violent revolution inevitable."

I actually believe it because it's exactly what happened in brexit. Conservatives voted to leave and then they found out what that meant.
Conservatives were so focused on winning that they didn't bother to actually look into Trump's "policies" and are now Pikachu faced when understanding it.
These are the same assholes that are going to completely forget two years from now that Trump raised prices and will still vote Republican in the midterms.
"Conservatism consists of exactly one proposition, to wit: There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect."
I was on a contract for the government when my company hired a really good DBA. He hated dressing up. He was introduced at a meeting and wore a polo shirt, which I thought was fairly professional.
Government contracting guy said to wear a tie.
Next meeting, he wore a tie around his polo shirt.
He was fired on the spot.
There are times I fucking hate the government and this was one of those times.
The guy was fucking amazing. But my company fired him because the government didn't want someone so sloppy on the team.
Nothing borderline about it. It is sexual harassment.
Coming from a man who has settled several claims of sexual harassment, has children with various people who have reported to him.
Honestly, flight attendants should claw as much as they can.
I don't think they get paid until the cabin doors close, right? So all the work they do leading up to the plane taking off, that's free work.
It's such a rip off.
I was hoping this picture would be on this thread.
Crying is only allowed by men if you're a conservative under oath I suppose.
Let's add another one.
They don't. Companies regularly abuse DMCA notices because the law REQUIRES a hosting company to take down the information immediately.
It allows 14 days for the same information to be restored after receiving a counter notice.
Biden absolutely did the right thing and, perhaps, the most courageous thing.
Democrats would have coalesced around him if decided to keep going but we've been begging him to step aside. This is a key difference between Trump "fans" and Biden voters. We're not drawn to him as a personality.
Once a candidate is selected, I don't care who it is, we must support them because not doing so is voting for an end to democracy.
The fact that we're here is a travesty.
France was (and I'm using past tense here because relations are strained due to......gestures generally) one of USA's first allies. They provided political, navel, and monetary assistance during the revolutionary war. They were one of the first counties to acknowledge us as an independent country once the war was over.
The statue was commissioned as a gift to the US, not to the president. It doesn't have any listening equipment and it sits as a tourist attraction, along with information about our long standing alliance.
It wasn't a fucking bribe!!!!!
