I've found myself playing Armored Core VI with the expanded weapons and balancing update. Burned through my first playthrough, now working on NG+ for more parts. I've spent hours designing color schemes for my mechs, and then immediately pounding others into the sand with it. Glorious. Anticipated? The Horizon Forbidden West PC Port, I am going to take 2 days off work when that drops.
As a current NC resident, I concur. Roy Cooper is about the only thing standing in the way of the complete Republican domination in our house and senate. The triangle area is growing and developing at ludicrous speeds (Raleigh metro has grown 50% in less than 10 years), the tech industry has exploded, the cultural scene is rampant, but these goddamn pieces of cruel, lying, traitorous, backstabbing scumbags over on W Jones St. want to ban abortion, scrape away any remaining worker's rights, deny the LGBT community, lock up teachers, and worse. If it weren't for Cooper's veto and the Republicans only having a simple majority, we'd probably be floating with Florida in the cesspit seas.
I'm 27 with parents who just turned 70. Idk where that plays to this, but you are much closer to your parent's age.
Yeah AC VI is a hell of a game. Just got to chapter three over this break (I don't get a lot of game time), but the single player is honestly so much fun! Plus, the diversity of builds you can create in the game, for arena combat, for campaign, for messing around with friends, it really is one of the more underrated options out there. I'm surprised this got the recognition it deserves. Everyone knows elden ring, but if you like giant fighting robots, do yourself a favor and pick this one up. One of the few games out there these days I'd even say buy for full price, you'll get your money's worth.
It's the same people who were sending death threats to CDPR over Cyberpunk. They had built up up an internal hype saying that [insert game] was going to replace their life, and they would have no reason to ever leave their computer again. When that obviously didn't happen (and it had the some bugs on launch, although not universally game-crashing levels of bugs like Skyrim on launch, which people seem to forget) they decided that they needed to stomp the game into the ground and nobody was allowed to enjoy it ever. Unfortunately the internet is all bandwagon these days and the petulant children have managed to get a cloud of negativity to hang around the game. Talk to some adults about the game and you'll find that it's solid enough, with a decent amount of gameplay. Is it worth $100? No, buy it on sale for like 30 or 40, but these people saying you are garbage for not believing that the Bethesda team needs to be lynched over this really need yo take their spoiled heads out of their collective ass.
A bottle opener that captures and shoots the bottle caps out. Fun little gadget.
I only discovered Birria this past year and am wondering where it's been all my life. Absolutely delicious and what you have there looks incredible! 😋
Triplets of Belleville is something I haven't thought of in a long time. Thanks for the reminder, time for a re-watch!
This is copy paste from your replies elsewhere in the thread. F-off with your purposefully misleading comment. That just says more developed countries have less kids, which we know. That has nothing to do with internal trends.
Some big ones have been mentioned here, but to fill in some I think were missed: Gamer's Nexus (best example of ethical tech journalism out there, been the source of some major exposés in the tech industry); Overanalyzing Avatar (Gives honest takes with a unique and humorous perspective on the ATLA and related series); SortedFood (British cooking show with a focus on avoiding food waste by a bunch of friends, a few of whom are Michelin chefs); Spiffing Brit (Exploits and breaks games in a hilarious fashion, genuinely brilliant, loves tea); ZeFrank (Animal TrueFacts channel); Potato McWhiskey (I hope you like Civ VI, one of the best players out there); Viva La Dirt League (Does live skits based on video game and employment tropes); Ididathing (Guy makes wacky but insanely dangerous contraptions); NileRed (Bonkers brain here, has actually turned Paint Thinner into Cherry Soda and other ridiculous chemistry) .
Witcher 3, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, Nationstates.net , all are excellent options along this line.
