If that were the case, you'd be able to provide evidence that states or nations with low voter turnout always turn fascist. 80% of voters turned out in 1932 when the Nazis became the most powerful party. This idea of "well earth has solar, so solar must work just as well on the moon!" doesn't take into account natural lunar resources (solar needs rare earth metals) , atmospheric conditions, thermal conditions, material transport, etc... Sure, a well-functioning moon settlement would probably have a combination of thermo, solar, and nuclear power, but it is strange how you're writing off one of the most promising forms of energy that excites and interests space scientists most.

1. sustained elevated heartbeat is what gets you into shape. Aim for long slow runs over erratic runs with walking mixed in.

2. if you are doing this as a lifestyle thing, I commend you. If you are an early riser, 5am runs are the way to go. However, find a running schedule that is sustainable. If you find yourself struggling to keep at the morning runs, adjust your schedule into one that allows you to be routine.
