Very plausible
Advertisement directly injected into the video stream (such as Twitch/Netflix) can be harder to block for any current adblockers
Both (all) ads are bad though. I would rather have none of them while surfing the web. NextDNS and uBlock has been such a friend over the years for me regarding that 🥰
~~It isn't early access anymore~~. Sorry about posting the old trailer from 2019
Edit: my bad. I didn't verify the information.
Me too. But it means "Early Access" I guess.
The official trailer is very old though (as expected)
Defederation/Banning in the name of containing "different viewpoints" is just Reddit all over again
Lemmy DID support HTML and iframes sometime ago. The devs scrapped it for security reasons and I hear they are planning to bring it back in future after making sure it is secure enough to use.
Exactly. And now people are going mad when the AI start doing what it was supposed to do.
Most of the time I would soap up my hand and use them to rub where needed. Occasionally I would use a soap scrubber too, for better cleaning.
The ads are probably cached on the device from the first load. So that'll explain why
What was that again?
