Clever typos or oblivious poster?
The ridiculous (and strangely beautiful) form factor is the only reason we're talking about it. At this point, if you want to launch a product and get eyeballs on it, you partner with Teenage Engineering and lean into whatever comes out as a result.
It's probably not going to be an actually useful device but it would have been even less successful if it was an app.
Thanks for reminding me to get back to his channel and binge another set of episodes!!
In a controlled for environment like a warehouse, why bother with the added complexity of bipeds vs 3 wheels. You just need a robot that can roll, raise up, and hands that can manipulate various types of stock.
Identify and shame these fuckers who are too scared to show their faces in public.
Mom, I want shittymorph!
No, we have shittymorph at home already.
Stickin' together is what good waffles do.
I still use NOVA but it is the version before they merged in the buyout stuff. One day it might break but it's the best option for me right now.
One feature I haven't found on any other launcher is the ability to use both folders and tabs in my app drawer. In Nova I have my app drawer in 3 tabs. Apps (ones I use daily), games, and everything else. On top of that I like to use a few folders in the main app page to collect things like all my home automation apps, food apps, work apps, etc.
Lawnchair came closest a couple years ago but could only do tabs or folders but not both.
...is grammatically correct.
I feel like, for the 35-54 bracket at least, this must be less about giving up all the modern conveniences we have today but more about wishing they could raise their children in that simpler time. You don't want your kids to be left out of what's new and cool but you also don't want them exposed to EVERYTHING these platforms bring. It's a tight rope to walk and I'm not looking forward to it when my kids are older. I know a lot of people who have gone down the road of, "I didn't have a cell phone growing up, my kids won't either." But it's not very realistic in today's world.
Two years on Lemmy and 2/3 of this guy's "hot takes" are that people suck.
If you don't have anything constructive to add to the conversation then maybe consider just keeping those thoughts to yourself.
