I am not as familiar with TPP because their party formed around the time I left Taiwan. It does seem to be a popular alternative from what my friends and family tell me.

Not anymore. I am from Taiwan and have been living in Latin America for the last five years. I still get approached by white foreigners and remember how much I hated them in Taiwan. I always thought Mainland China had it worse than we do. Most Taiwanese have that attitude towards Japan and Japanese in Taiwan can be just as bad.

Not always. American ones seem to be especially bad when you combine American individualism with American materialism and paranoia.

Nintendo has always had competition with superior hardware in the handheld department. The Sega Nomad, WonderSwan, and Playstation Vita were all good examples of that. Nintendo products being much cheaper are always what keeps them ahead with handheld consoles.

This game was very popular in Taiwan but I do not think it deserves the reward. High sales because of a popular IP should not determine whether a game wins an award. Was the Steam Deck version better than the other versions? My friends who played it complained of glitches and boring gameplay.

These articles just make me mad. Of course none of us are going to care about a weather balloon from Mainland China flying over. We do not have the same level of hysteria that Americans do with silly things like that.

It really is an overrated system. The Steam deck is the better option in almost every way.
