Seems like the minivan is really the right thing. Can share with multiple folks or have a significant amount of luggage for the airport or such. Easier to serve the handicapped.

This is one reason im a basic income, universal healthcare, etc person. I have found the beuracracy that is put in place can usually be navigated by the gamers because that is what they do but it blocks the folk that could use the help and if they got it sometimes can be productive and even pull themselves out of the situation.

Im looking at it from a whole fediverse perspective but its large enough as is to be enjoyable. If it gets larger fine, if not fine. I just want it to develop to have as much freedom as possible and give as much control as possible to the individual for their experience.

So my dad had a friend that was so close we called him uncle. Im guessing in most cases and sure in my dads case it was basically his best friend. So he was single and my dad was married raising seven kids. He would stop by with beers out of the blue and he always also picked up some soda or something for the kids. The fact he made it a point to think of us I think impacted us a lot in terms of how important simple kindness can be. So that is the first part. He died while I was in a PhD program and honestly it was not the only reason I left the program but it helped give a good nudge (since my grades suffered for one thing) and actually it let me re-evaluate and realize I did not really want to put in the level of effort needed versus the rewards I would reap in research.

No. no. Privatization is great. Im american and its so much more exciting. Every time I get the big square envelope I never know if its approval or denial. Its like one of those exciting tv shows you might watch where you definitely would not want to be a character in it.
