So, in classical (Greco-Roman) visual arts there were some pretty serious studies about proportions and how to portray humans. This is why there are some pretty distinguishable styles. This one I think is an example of contrapposto, which is supposed to give the idea of movement, and increases perceived attractiveness. Not different from modern day influencer posing to take photos that, to our eyes, look very natural but make them prettier.

Aren't these just German words?

I don't know why no one mentioned it yet, but those are very well known movies, albeit old, and will probably remain pretty easy to find in the near future.

If you still want to hold on to them you could download handbrake. This software lets you shrink a file size by a lot depending on the settings you're working with, and how much you want to compromise the quality.

Also in terms of cost, local storage will always be cheaper than web, mostly due to the fact that cloud storage is paid periodically, while you can buy a decent sized SSD for 40 euros

No, that's a "tank".

A manc is a nickname for 1940s Hollywood screenwriter Herman J. Mankiewicz.

Bing says I've gotta give a more descriptive prompt than just my name. Sad

About mattresses. I hike and backpack and I can attest that sleeping on the ground (meaning earth and grass) with a tent and a pad is fantastic. But you can't really do that in your house. I'd love to, cheaper, less noise, less hassle, but the floor is hard. Even with a big air mattress I find it extremely uncomfortable. I'd love to try a hammock, but without an expensive stand you can't comfortably set it up in a house. Advice?
