How is it messy for the employer to keep wages at market prices?

You don't have to match anything or contend with mass quitting if you just pay the going rate to start with.

Grow the fuck up, most of us realise at about 3 years of age to share our toys and world with others, why haven't you?

They say they're Christian, they do things in the name of their Christian belief, they act in accordance to a Christian agenda.

Seems like they're at least as Christian as the next one, if not more.

Nothing to show and a day closer do death, as the song goes.

To be fair, you started moving the goalposts by invoking special privilege/motivation for misaddressing people.

But to answer why I would be rude to christians for misnaming me, is because in my culture it is rude to misname people, and even more so when they've offered a good natured correction.

If you say you're William, and I call you Shirley, would you defend my right to call you Shirley?

And why would it be different if The Almighty Bob said to surely call you Shirley?

MBTI most definitely takes magnitude into account. It's bullshit for many other reasons, including not being reliably measurable.

How long food lasts in a fridge will also depend on your climate, cooling speed (as mentioned elsewhere), fridge cleanliness, and how much you use your fridge.

Keeping everything covered with lids/clingfilm and/or everything vegetarian/vegan will also prolong fridge life. Keeping out ethylene (bananas, apples) from your fridge also helps.

I just had a soup batch in a few covered jars stay good for 9 days. In summertime things sometimes go bad in a single day.

The best measure is your own senses, if the food smells or looks bad, it probably is. And even then you can sometimes recook it (wilted vegetables can often be used in soup, stew, or even pie), especially if you catch it early.

Also here's a neat summary with some other tips and tricks.

Hey don't feel bad, technology takes a while to get used to, and there's just so dang much information it's easy to get confused.

There's a couple handy search engines to help you find stuff though, I used Google.com, and there you can quickly find dozens of articles.

Now, there's a trick to knowing which one to trust, but checking several different sources and see if they say the same thing is a good start.

Here's a representative summary I found from a good, reliable source - the BBC. It explains what happened, what can be proven to be illegal, and how it came to light.

Basically, Stormy Daniels whistleblowed on national TV. Trump committed crimes in funneling money. His attorney Michael Cohen went to jail for doing the thing, and has also provided evidence and leads against Trump.

You need to join a union.

What your spouting is corporate propaganda, designed to make you value your labor less. As is the "not making more than the others"-lie which oppressors have used to control their populations for ages.

But there are different perspectives to the situation, so for academical purposes, let's explore a few:

Labour market model; If you're doing work that requires skills, knowledge and/or combinations thereof that are harder to acquire, your rarity and thus value increases - you should be paid more in cash and/or benefits.

This includes institutional knowledge, how things are done at the specific workplace, including who to talk with and how.

Economics/value capture; If you're doing work that brings the employer more profits, such as organising, costing, budgeting or taking over tasks to let the employer scale up - you should be paid a part of those increased profits.

The case for cooperatives; If you truly would be equal, and comfortable, in a workplace there's much to be said that wage differences disturb that harmony, and you could see it as playing different parts in a commune.

This does however assume that you are all equally invested in the goal, it is profitable enough to compensate all of you fairly and equally, and enough that you are not wanting, or at least equally lacking. This is the case for situations like homesteads, communist society, and anarchist societies like Star Trek or The Culture.

Hmm...

From my perspective, the only reasonable way to get a promotion without increased pay is if you're working less (which 4-day week studies show isn't connected to weekly hours), and getting benefits to compensate.

It's supposed to.

A collection of personal opinions are enough to create a personal profile, and are thus protected by GDPR for EU citizens who can withdraw consent for them to be used.

It is also not actually legal for them to change the usage of your protected data before informing you in a clear and concise language, but that part hasn't been thoroughly litigated yet.
