Pacojet texture is pretty fucking cool, it really does get finer than pretty much anything else. However, it's pretty much a gimmick for anything except for making ice cream.
It really depends on when they came across him. Fent is just a really strong opiate, but it's also the only (common) opiate that can handily out power narcan. I had someone around to start narcanning me immediately once thing started going wrong, it still took all 3 of our narcans and actual chest compressions to get me up. Narcan is a miracle drug that will save people from overdoses, but hitting a fat ass fent patch can definitely be too much for Narcan to handle. Plus, not really breathing for like 10 minutes is plenty to kill someone.
With that being said, yeah, this story sounds fishy af.
Not giving the pizza is a horrible decision. There's a reason the US army considers ice cream to be one of their most important resources. People really underestimate how much good food does in a situation where you best food is usually ramen you paid for with a day worth of labor.
The only time I've seen this question get pulled out is when bartenders I've worked with got suspicious (out of state, fake, ect.) IDs. Don't wanna just turn people away for no reason, so they always ask "Where were you during 9/11?". I told the bartender I was probably in pre school shitting myself and got the beer. She told me that anybody who looks as young as me that doesn't answer similarly is lying about their age.

Internet grifters were definitely around for Half Life: Alyx. However, I am shocked by how chuddy steam is without there being major reactions to them doing this. Especially with CS2 and Rust (valve adjacent FacePunch).
