Not surprised. They always on high alert there. You've got to go through many layers of security before getting in as a guest including not being allowed to park anywhere nearby. Take a shuttle up. If you drive even mildly out of line nearby you'll be immediately surrounded by cars coming from places you didn't see em hiding.

If a drunk driving incident probably the worst place to drive drunk for the driver. If some sort of targeted action... Not at all planned out.
