Honestlyyyyy. I'm so tired of everything revolving around what's happening in the shitlands, even in other countries we're talking about it, pretending like it makes a difference whether it's Kamala or Trump.

ask the average Canadian their feelings about first nations or immigrants.

As per everywhere else in the west, crackers just want an excuse to hate POC and immigration is the mechanism by which they can frothingfash openly.

This is disgusting. Is there any effective way to combat this propaganda? Is there anything we can do? This is not really my world so tell me if it's unfeasible, but how hard would it be to push a site exposing them to the top of search results for "F@rward Obs5rvations Gr*up."

These days the ruling class start pissing themselves if you stick protest banners outside their house. Because they get reminded that even though they have all these apparatuses to separate them from us, underneath it they are people and people can get got. We need more of that.

Just magnesium or magnesium glycinate? Asking because I suffer from poor sleep very frequently and have been recommended magnesium supplements but buying any vitamins is like a minefield. You look them up and there's dozens of different kinds and glycinate in particular seems to be one only sold by random brands.
