  1. Armored police vehicle
  2. The police fired 20 shots or so at one person who could have been subdued with one or two shots to the leg

All of this could have been avoided if the city inspector just hired a contractor to cut the grass and billed the person for the cost plus fines.

I'm so glad I moved out of the US.

Iran should have taken out Israeli air bases and the US is involved, as well as the UK and Germany providing support. But if Israel has no fighter jets or bombers then that support is pointless.

I hope you are right and I'm just being pessimistic. Israel did manage to take out Hezbollah and Assad government in Syria, but so far neither it nor the US were capable of taking out Ansarallah. I know the longer it goes on, the less likely Israel is to win, and if it goes on for 20 years we know the US will leave a loser just like in Vietnam and Afghanistan. My main worry is in the short term.

Iraq should declare them non-grata and fair targets and offer zero protection. That just might compel them to leave.

I think the next summit should add at least Bangladesh and Nigeria, and either of Malaysia or Indonesia.

And this is why China doesn’t care about the problems the US created for itself in the Red Sea.

They thought they were relatively civilized and relatively European like Israel and unlike the Kurds.
