Or they shutdown and turn it back on, which doesn't count in windows as restarting unless you disable fast-startup. So you get annoyed tech support thinking the user is a liar and an annoyed end user that knows they turned it off and on again.
As someone that used to be tasked with clearing other people's shit at work, here's how you fix a clogged toilet without a plunger:
first of all DO NOT FLUSH! Stay tf away from the handle on the toilet until the clog is cleared. shutoff the water if possible, there should be a valve between the toilet and the wall that you turn 90°. Even then there's still water in the tank, so I repeat do not flush!
If the clog isn't 100% and some water can slowly drain through, leave it for a few minutes and come back. You want the water level in the bowl as low as possible. Next, fill a small trash can with hot water. not boiling, just the hottest you can get from the tap. Now dump that hot water in the toilet bowl. Be quick about it, but not so quick that you can't stop yourself from overflowing
The hot water and large volume helps break things up. manually pouring you can dump a lot more water in the bowl a lot faster than flushing normally will without the risk of overflowing.
8 minutes? Damn, it takes me that long just to boil water on the stove
nah, it was digitalcore
If they gave us a second usb-c port instead I wouldn't complain so much. So dumb that I have to choose between charging and audio
Hell, just add a "recommend this to your friends" option on videos if you want to make plex more social. Complete watch history is creepy stalker levels of 'social'
I drive trucks pulling a set of double-trailers for a living and people already try to merge between my trailers. like yeah, the gaps too small and there's a converter dolly there already, but that doesn't seem to stop them from trying
even if you insist on trucks, just use converter dollies like we already do across the US for double and triple trailers, or hook a bunch of b-train style trailers together like the aussies do for their road trains. physical links are hell of a lot more robust and reliable than some goofy wifi gokarts with a trailer hitch can ever be
My digital timers have a ton of labeled times I've set for various things. One press and I'm set, and I can have multiple going at once and know at a glance which one is done or nearly so. My memory isn't good enough to keep track of how long things take, and I lose physical notes. Having those notes all saved within a clock app attached to their own timers is far too convenient for me to do away with
barcades are a great option if there's one nearby. "Hey, want to play?" is so much easier than trying to start a conversation unprompted
for me butt hair and pubes are far more uncomfortable than being hairless in hot weather. also getting rid of armpit hair stopped like 90% of my bo when I sweat, and smooth legs make socks far more comfortable. at this point I'm all for less hair in places that aren't my head.
that said I'm fairly thin and don't usually have chafing problems with or without hair in places, and I also either wax or use an epilator so anything growing back comes in slower and softer than the stubble you get from shaving. now that sounds like a nightmare between the cheeks
Except when they're not lying but windows by default has 'fast-startup' enabled, so every time they shutdown the uptime never resets.
