I played the original because it was included in PS+ and I was surprised at how much fun I had with it.
I’m pretty sure most denominations of Christianity bury their dead without embalming them first and have done so for most of history.
While I enjoy the Pirates trilogy, I feel like they could just as easily have kept it a single movie. It was fine, the story was conclusive enough to satisfy and open ended enough to tickle the imagination.
Not everything has to be turned into a franchise or a ‘verse.
It probably has both.
It don’t actually think it’s about Ragnarok though?
It’s about Vikings going on raids and Valhalla and all that good stuff but I’m pretty sure there’s not mention of any Ragnarok type stuff.
The trailer made it look like a funny, interesting sci-fi flick. Instead it went everywhere.
It wasn’t the worst movie I‘ve ever watched but the fact that it tried to do everything all at once was weird. It’s like the writers kept passing along the script to a new team every few pages.

We gave our elderly cat ‘cat milk’ from the pet food isle as a treat and she loved it. I suppose it’s lactose free or something and it was a great way to get her to take her meds.
